My Background
Husband, father, grandfather, business owner, community leader, teacher, Ironman, philanthropist, pastor, volunteer, friend. They are all words that have been used to describe me, yet I call myself an Encouraging Equipper.
As a business coach, I could (or maybe should) tout my resume that includes building a multi-million-dollar business, leading organizations and governing boards, and enjoying more financial success than most. But there is a lot more to success than that. If I accomplished those things at the expense of my marriage, my relationship with my kids, or my physical/emotional/spiritual health, that would not be true success.
Living a full and abundant life with deep, meaningful relationships, focused on the right thing(s), WHILE achieving the business success you desire… THAT is success with significance!
